Conference registration fees includes:

  • attendance at the Opening Ceremony;
  • attendance at all sessions;
  • conference banquet;
  • one conference bag with the Conference program, abstract volumes, and a set of stationery items;
  • name badge;
  • morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks;
  • lunch at a restaurant;
  • social program;
  • audio-visual equipment hire.

Conference registration fee for students and postgraduate students includes:

After the registration fee payment please send us scanned copy of the payment document (the check) to the Organizing committee address hsg@niboch.nsc.ru

The registration fee should be paid by bank transfer. To prepare the payment documents (agreement) on behalf of the institute please contact hsg@niboch.nsc.ru


CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE DOESN’T INCLUDE THE COST OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND EXPENSES ON VISA REGISTRATION.
